I have taught you in the way of wisdom: I have led you in right paths. When you walk, your steps will not be hindered, And when you run, you will not stumble.

And he said: “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; The God of my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, My stronghold and my refuge; My Savior, You save me from violence.”

In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

The next day, he saw Jesus coming to him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sin of the world!”

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.

There are many who say, “Who will show us any good?” Lord, lift up the light of Your countenance upon us. You have put gladness in my heart, more than in the season that their grain and wine increased.

Be still and know that I am God, I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what [is] the width and length and depth and height– to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
