He has made His wonderful works to be remembered; The Lord is gracious and full of compassion.

I entreated Your favor with my whole heart; be merciful to me according to Your word.

“Hosanna! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ Blessed is the kingdom of our father David that comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”

Do not withhold Your tender mercies from me, O Lord; let Your loving kindness and Your truth continually preserve me.

Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.

My son, do not forget my law, but let your heart keep my commands: for length of days and long life and peace they will add to you.

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore, with lovingkindness I have drawn you.”

And we have known and believed the love that God hath for us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.

We love Him because He first loved us.
